Des sénateurs démocrates ont affirmé que les États-Unis n’avaient “aucun plan” pour la guerre contre l’Iran, après un briefing confidentiel organisé par l’administration Trump.
Selon eux, cette absence de stratégie concerne également le détroit d’Ormuz, le programme nucléaire iranien et l’éventualité d’un changement de régime à Téhéran.
Le sénateur Chris Van Hollen a déclaré que la stratégie américaine était « totalement incohérente ».
